At first I did the music survey and they said at the top of the page you don't have to complete the survey all at one sitting just come back to the link. So I did some of it then the next day I re-entered the link and found out I got disqualify because I am not from Calgary.. As it was a Calgary Music survey at the time.So the next day I get an email from questmindshare saying they want me back as now I would be eligible for the survey as they are allowing more locations across Canada to participate. Also offering an additional 10 dollars for every person I would refer to the survey. I didn't refer anyone but I completed the survey to the very end. It said at the end of the survey I was successful in completing it.
I would like my 60 dollars cad that was promise to me after successfully completing the survey.
The respondent was terminated from the survey but was then re-invited as minor adjustments were made to allow more participants in the survey. However, the invitation still stated that they MUST LIVE IN CALGARY. Although, they completed the survey, they still violated the terms and conditions in which you must reside in the province of Calgary.

Yes more participants across Canada into the music rating survey. Not just Calgary. I am in the right here.
It did not state that more provinces across Canada were going to be let it. The invitation read:
You recently participated in our Calgary Music Rating Surveys, and did not qualify at the time. We are re-contacting you for the same Calgary Music Rating Surveys as we have made some adjustments, and think you may be able to qualify now!
This survey will take about 2.5 hours to complete and now the incentive has been raised to $60!! But you must hurry before time runs out!

The respondent is not eligible to receive compensation as it is a requirement that they reside in Calgary.
September 9, 2019 I completed 1.5 hours musical survey for Quest Mindshare and I was promised to receive my incentive in 4-6 weeks as it stated at the end of the survey. Unfortunately I have not received my check , almost 12 weeks passed. In 2016 I had the same issue and it shows that it happens systematically with Quest Mindshare. The person who I contacted was not helpful.
I completed my work for Quest Mindshare as required and I want to be paid $40 as stated and promised on their site.
The respondent was in violation of our terms and conditions. In order to receive compensation, one must reside in the corresponding demographic area of the music study.
This respondent participated in a Seattle music study but they reside in Dallas. As per our disclaimer, participants must reside in Seattle in order to partake in this particular survey.
They claim to have entered their Dallas zip code, which does not automatically disqualify them as they are asked to confirm that they reside in Seattle, in which they confirmed when they answered YES to living in the Seattle metro area.
This participant is not eligible to receive payment due to their address being outside Seattle.

1. I resent that Seattle link to the questmindshare stating that I am not sure if I ever enetered that particular survey through that link. That Seattle link could show the records of my attempt while the 1.5 hour survey was completed till the end with their "congratulations" and asking me to fill my address where my $40 should be sent which I provided too. I worked for 1.5 hours, I rated the music as required , there were 260-280 musical pieces as I recall, their system approved me for my incentive. Seattle or Dallas - I still did my work, it is still the same country and music is music in Seattle or Dallas. How to explain the same scenario that happened with me in 2016 for the same musical survey when I didn't get my incentive.
I have contacted quest multiple times about a music survey. They told me they would issue a check although I opted for a *** payment. I accepted. FINALLY two months later they issue a check and I received it in the mail. I attempted to cash this *** check for TWO DAYS at my bank, at ***, at a cashing center, and NO ONE could cash it. It was an invalid check for $40. I have attempted multiple times via email about this and NO ONE gets back to me. It's been two weeks and I have yet to get a response. The survey was taken in September and I received my check in November. I contacted them through multiple avenues on 11/5/2019. , 11/8/2019, and 12/2/2019

The check payment of $80 from Quest Research for a Music Rating Study completed on October 10th, 2019 is not valid for changing or cashing with US banks.
I am unable to cash the check at any US bank because the tellers explained that the routing number on the check sent is for a Canadian account so their machines are unable to read and verify the check. I am unable to cash or change the check.

I opted in for payment by check. I have reached out the company regarding payment and I have had no response. I want the company to compensate me for my survey.

On August 18th, 2019, I recieved an email inviting me to complete a 1.5 hour music studyfor payment of 30 dollars. Since I had done them before and never once had a problem getting paid, I quickly completed the survey and recieved a conformation email. On the email, it stated that payment would be sent to my *** within 4 to 6 weeks. I waited until the seventh week, and then I started trying to contact them. I have sent four email's in the last week, and have yet to get any response whatsoever. It has now been eight weeks

I do no accept the response. I never received any email from support regarding this. I attempted to contact their support on multiple occasions. I took the survey in July but I didn't even move back to North Carolina until the end of August to take care of my mother who is undergoing chemotherapy for throat cancer. At the time of the survey I was a resident of Las Vegas. T. I want payment for the 2 hours I spent on this survey.
I took a music survey, that was sent to my email. It pertained to songs played on my local radio, here in Nashville, TN. I was guaranteed $40.00 for completion of the survey. So many week a later, I receive a check for the $40.00. However, it is written on a Canadian Bank. Which in turn, cost a deposit fee of $75.00 at any bank in the USA. So basically in order to collect my $40.00, I have to pay, $35.00. *** I want my money and if it had to come from a Canadian Bank, then my check needs to be for $115.00 to cover my deposit cost !

I was never paid for multiple surveys I did for *** owned by quest. I tried to get two payouts of $12.50 each and I did one 2 hour survey with a promised payout of $60. I was not paid at all. My emails were never returned.

I participated in a music study through Quest Mindshare on July 13th,2019. I was suppose to be paid $100 for my time and efforts. Which was suppose to be paid out to my *** account at the end of a 4 week period. Since then I have made several attempts to resolve the matter. I have contacted Ms. ***, which was the name of contact I was given, with no response to my email. I also emailed Quest Mindshare company from their contact button on their web page. And I have made three attempts to call them and have left voice mails with my contact info with no return phone call at all.

I completed two studies. One paid $50 and one paid $40. I was sent two separate checks for doing these studies, neither one was able to be deposited or cashed. The first *** check was deposited and rejected on July 13. The second *** check was deposited and rejected on August 2nd.

There are many financial institutions in the States that will cash a Canadian check as the money issued are in US funds. Alternatively, we can send the incentive to you through ***. Please confirm by sending a copy of the current check you have with "VOID" written across to ***. Please note if you choose ***, then please also include your ***.me email address in the email. Thank you.

I completed a music research survey which took about 3 hours on may 22. I was due payment of 70$ which was sent to my ***, but the payment was cancelled and I have no way to get the money I am owed from the company.

I have received my check of 40.00 for completion of a 2hr music study, however when trying to cash it, it gives an error code of R66 ( invalid company name) This check states it's from Quest Global Research Group INC ***... It's converted to US Dollars, however, *** can't cash it, my bank can't cash it, and my online mobile check deposit provides me with R66 error code.

The business does not seem to be acknowledging that I sent an attachment photo of the voided check, as well as my ***.me information. Can the business please reply that they received this info. The woman I spoke to said she would be forwarding it to accounting. I would like to know when the information will be cleared, and when I will be receiving my $40. If need be, I have e-mail receipts of me sending the photo of the voided check and my payment information.

On March 21st, 2019 I was invited to participate in the online music evaluation study. The study was to be paid $ 40.00 by ***. I completed the full study on the same day and received a confirmation notice. They asked me to provide ***.me information to process the payment and I complied. Initially the study was supposed to last for a week. After 4 weeks, I inquired about my payment only to be told to be patient and wait until 6 weeks time. I also called the company headquarters and left a voice message for the Mr. ***, partner in charge. I received no reply and no payment. This is deceptive an *** on the part of Quest Mindshare. I have been a member of ***(formerly Quest Mindshare) for several years. I first noticed a problem back in November 2018. I beleive I had accumulated close to $50 on my account. I would quite often receive emails from them to take surveys and also had their app on my phone which I would access to also take surveys. I noticed the problem in November 2018. I would try to log on my laptop and I couldnt. I even tried the "forgot password" and when I entered my email to get a link to change my password would get a message that "No account exits for that email". When I tried to access my account from the app, I would get the message "This email is not connected to *** panels". I am not *** and am not and have never been in violation of anything. I find that claim to be offensive. I would like specific information on that claim. I belong to many survey sights and have never had any accusation such as this lodged against me. With the reputation of this company and its *** business practices, I expect additional info to be provided to me on making such a claim. Provide me with what exactly I did that was in violation of your terms and conditions. Also, what info you have that would make me a ***. When you make such a claim, you need to be able to back it up with proof.
