I am not satisfied with the product or customer service As I stated originally my shoes are falling apart after one wash following their washing instructions I think it's a very poor look for Ashely at Allbirds and I plan on sharing my negative experience with others on social media

The customer is outside of our day return/exchange period and has shoes that over a year old We have no '100% Customer Satisfaction' guarantee as the customer mentioned That does not exist anywhere online or in any printed material, and our support associates are not trained to
advertise this to customers Therefore, we are not breaking any sort of promise that we've made to him He is simply not happy with the response he was given
