This past summer, I went under contract with Quentin Riding Club to hold my wedding there on October 15, I had emailed the chef, Jeff, on October 15, asking if there would be anyway we (my fiancé and I) could back out of the contract given the large catering invoice we would be unable to affordWe had already put a deposit of $downI never received an email back, so I assumed the wedding was still onA few months went by and on January 13th I emailed Jeff to ask if we could meet with him in order to go over the menu and attempt to reduce the catering costA week later, on January 19, I still had no response so I called the ClubI was told that Jeff, who I made a contract with, is no longer employed by QuentinDeb, a chairman, explained to me that upon his departure he told everyone the wedding had been cancelledI never had this information confirmed and agreed that the wedding should be cancelled due to the inconsiderate lack of communication on the part of

March 25, 2016Dear *** ***,We are in receipt of a complaint about our establishment submitted to your organization on 2/12/Our response is as follows:"While we strongly dispute the complainant's facts and have in our possession a contract signed by her in which it is quite clear that
