Review: Our Quench Water Cooler has had the water pressure decrease to a dribble. Our office manager has contacted Quench asking that a technician come out to our property to fix the problem. We were told that someone would be out in 2 days. Since then, no one has come out - we have sent over 6 emails to their representatives and called over 10 times. Once I finally got through to someone today (Aug 20, 2014), I was told that the person who could handle our issue was too busy in meetings to send out a technician. I have tweeted, emailed, called - no help. It takes over 3 minutes to fill up a bottle of water. Totally unacceptable.
