Review: I called the phone number on my receip today because my garage door cracked. I was told that this is is a new company because the one I delt with when I bought my door which was [redacted] door no longer existed. A man said this company only bought [redacted] DOOR phones lines and not the company, but when I look on the website [redacted] door this new company is using it. He says I lost my warranty and I need to pay. How can they be using [redacted] Doors website and phone number and not be liable for the warranty under [redacted] Door.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix it. I feel they are lying to me. They are using [redacted] doors website and phone number but yet he did not buy the business. I want to make sure they can do this.
