Review: I recently purchased a table with "white glove" delivery from the company. The table was set up in an extremely rushed and disorganized fashion. The delivery men left my apartment without taking any of the boxes filled with Styrofoam, metal packaging (there was a glass table top that was reinforced with steel framing so that it wouldn't break) and all of the plastic that it came in. My apartment was left a disaster area, not at all cleaned up, and the delivery men rushed out before I could even ask them to take the boxes. I called the company to which they responded they would "call me back" after they called the delivery men to come back. They never returned, and I called the company again and they told me that I would be unable to receive any refund of services since the delivery men are "independently hired". I paid for services that I did not receive and was treated very rudely.Desired Settlement: To receive the 75 dollar delivery fee back after not receiving adequate service.

On Saturday 8/**/2013 I received a call from the customer after he received the delivery stating that Our driver left the boxes and Styrofoam scattered all around his living room , he claims that while the delivery crew was setting up the dinette he was in the room and didn't see what they were doing. I spoke to the driver as soon as I received the call from [redacted] and both the driver and his helper confirmed that the packaging of the dinette was left in the customers living room neatly packed and organized. The customer requested to get the delivery charge back because he didn't get "white glove service" and I told him that we would be unable to refund him the delivery charge because he paid to get his dinette deliver and set up to his house which the driver delivered, also because the driver is an independent contractor which has no obligations to bring garbage back. The customer received the services and the m erchandise that he paid for in perfect conditions. No remarks or complaints were stated in the delivery document which the customer signed for right after receiving the goods.
