Queens Closet Company, Inc.

Review: Queens Closet Company ("QCC") was suppose to deliver a cabinet for my dinning room. John an employee of QCC had called appx. 2 months ago to inform me that it was ready for delivery and installation. At the time I was unavailable during the weekend of delivery and had said I would call back at a later date to schedule delivery.

I have been calling now for 2 months and they never pickup the phone and never return the voice messages I have left. One week ago I received my deposit on a QCC check without any explanationl. If QCC has my cabinet ready, I would like to have them deliver it and am willing to pay the remainder. I have been very patient and have spent months on this project, and had to hire an electrician in preparation for the cabinet. I promptly handed QCC a deposit when require. It is deplorable and unprofessional the manner in which they have now conducting business with their customer.Desired Settlement: If QCC has the cabinet (as they said they did) I would like it delivered and installed. If they don't have the cabinet, I would at least appreciate an explanation as to what the situation and what occurred in the past two months since they promised delivery.

At the same time I would like to place a negative complaint on the company and their business ethics.
