-April requested and received quote from contractor
-April contracted with contractor to complete proposed 1-day job(Fence Gate Repair)
-May contractor received/cashed payment
-May contacted contractor in reference to job status and was told NLT May
-May contacted contractor in reference to job status and was told NLT May
-May contacted contractor in reference to job status and was told he could not complete the job because he had over extended himself I advised contractor to refund my payment
-May contacted contractor in reference to refund status
-May contractor responded and I was told the job could be completed NLT May I replied if he was certain to proceed in not to refund my payment
-May refund received
-May contacted by contractor in reference to job and was told the job could be completed by May
-May I declined contractor's offer and proceeded to hire a new contractor
