Queen Que's Boutique

I would not recommend buying anything from Queen Ques Boutique. I purchased 2 pair of pants for a total of 52.98 on Feb. 13, 2016. I inquired on my order multiple times only to get told that the shipment had not arrived and asked to pick something else. I looked on the website and found that the order was now out of stock. I informed the vendor of this and I was told I would receive a refund. The next day I received a e-mail stating again can I pick something else. I emailed 3 times and posted on the instagram page before I finally got a response and a refund email sent. 3 days later I receive another e-mail stating that the refund failed due to issues from the senders account. I sent 2 messages and another post to instagram and I was blocked off of the page. This boutique is very unprofessional, lacks commication skills and doesn't know how to run a businesss appropriately. I am very unsatisfied and without my money or my merchandise. This is very unprofessional.

Review: I ordered a dress from this company they sent me sometime different than what was advertised. They advised me to send it back ,then never communicated with me after I did so. No refund exchanged or anything. Blocked me on Instagram and ignored my emails.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund
