Once an order is submitted we are unable to make any charges. If changes are required, the order must be cancelled within the 1st minutes and replaced. There is a possibility that an item maybe showing available and later cancelled. There is a lag in the website updating as
orders are being processed continuously
When an item is cancelled off an order, the system sends an auto email. An eGift Card replacement for $has been issued

I spoke with Bridget on the phone and we worked out arrangements for her to return the pants. All was resolved with the Customer
Due to an overwhelming response to our Holiday sale we were delayed on shipping orders to Customer. All orders were shipped with in days of placement with a few exceptions. rueBUCKS are an earned coupon and all qualifying orders have the rueBUCKS stapled to the packing slip. Call
Center agents can not email the rueBUCKS coupon due to each coupon having a specific time use code on them. If Customer didn't;t receive coupon attached to packing slip one can be mailed to her

The first time we have record of contact from *** was September 8th, just month ago. SHe called an third party number which caused some of the initial delay as they did devalue and reissue a new Gift card via mail. A check request was submitted for the value of the Gift Card. We will offer a $eGift Card as compensation. The eGift Card will be emailed to *** as soon as she agree to this value

Good Morning!*** called and requested tracking information for a Gift Card she mailed to her niece. I advised her that she had shipped it USPS and tracking information was not available. I advised her to let me know if she would like it devalued and issued in a store. She
never emailed me back. In the meantime she called our third party Gift Card Company and had it devalued and remailed. She called our call center several times and I would call back and leave messages. *** would not respond to my emails or call me back directly, she would only communicate through the call center. By going through the call center, they would email me and I would have to reach out for additional information, slowing the process down. Once *** responded to me with a valid mailing address we submitted a check request for a full refund. Thank you for contacting rueabout your recent order inquiryUpon further review of your order, I am not seeing why the coupon code would not have correctly worked at the time you were trying to submit your order. The agent was correct in stating to place your order and a proce adjustment
could be made after the order was placed. If the code was not working and the agent could not get the code to apply, we would need to make a price adjustment. We do not have an alternative coupon code for every discount we offer. We only have a few unique coupon code deals built into our system that we can use prior to submitting the order. The signage said get $40 in rueBUCKS with every $40 purchase The sign was not in regards to redemption or mention how to redeem. The rueBUCKS would have stated $20 off $40 and you would have received 2. Online would have given details as well as any of our email blast. rueBUCKS expired at the end of April. We can honor the discount as stated, but no give $40 off a $40 purchase.
We would need to have the Gift Card numbers in order to review the past activity. If there is still a preauth hold on the funds I can certainly remove it and provide proof its been removed and balances are restored. Orders all pass through fraud and some are triggered for further...
review. We use a 3rd party vendor to make those determinations to accept or deny orders. Order that have been denied, customer must speak with a member of that Order Review Team for further details on how the determination was made.
