Queen City Vacuum

I response to *** ***'s vacuum brought into our store for service then picked up Let's make it very clear, there was no problem with the repair!!! However she is upset with us because we removed an old sticky piece of packaging film at the base of the vacuum
As with most all appliance mfg., we are instructed to remove and dispose of all plastic packing, as choking & accidental death could occur in children This should have been done with Mrs***'s vac if it was set up properly from the original store she purchased it from In actuality no manufactured piece belonging on the vacuum is missing Just a bubbled up, curled up piece of packing film that had to be removed This to us looks like a desperate attempt from a customer trying to retrieve for something other than the repair work that was performed properly! Therefore no refund would be given

I disagree with Mr E[redacted]'s response to my complaint about my vaccuum cleaner. Again, I found Michael to be very unprofessional and sarcastic in relation to my recent visit to Queen City Vaccuum and again I am requesting a full refund.
