Response:On 1/21/ [redacted] had emailed us and mentioned that the item he received was damagedUsing his email address, we responded to [redacted] on 1/21/requesting his order number and a picture of his damaged itemOnce we had received his order number and the pictures of his damaged item, we replied stating that we would be happy to send him a replacement for the damaged item, but unfortunately we were out of stock of this itemBecause of this, we refunded ***’s order in full of the amount of $on 1/21/We also provided him with a screenshot as proof that the refund was completed
