I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
As you can see in their reply, we made an agreement and the owner denied me that agreementMy year old daughter is the one that has really been impacted by this more than anyoneThis was NOT what we had asked for and even though I was very nice and polite to both the salon manager and the stylist this matter has NOT been made rightThat is why I do want a FULL, 100% refund of the $I paid, along with the estimated cost of $that I will be paying out to have my daughters hair done professionallyAs Queen Anne's apparently doesn't follow law in those regardsIf the stylist *** wasn't going to be able to provide us with our request, she should had made that clear in the very beginning before she attempted the work she didThe store manager again is complaining because I contacted the OWNER, Frieda Master, of the salon via *** as that is the only way Frieda Master and I have ever communicated, even through Frieda's other businessShe never showed at that time that me contacting her that was was ever an issue and business was discussed even then(if proof of that is needed, I have that too!) Frieda is not always at one place, so why call the salon knowing Frieda was not thereThis doesn't even have anything to do with this case, my daughters hair doesAn agreement was made and the owner Frieda Master denied that agreementThat's what this case is all about
