feel like their requests and comments are heard and valued. Unfortunately, this instance is not the norm for the quality of service we aim for. There are no animals allowed inside of Queen Anne Tailors, so it is puzzling why this client found animal hairs on his slacks. We always lint roll any clothing we complete alterations on, however there is always a possibility that we may miss some stray pieces of lint. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused, as this does not reflect the quality of work we strive towards. We are happy to offer a full refund of $36.00 to this client, and can mail the check to the address provided from this feedback.
