Review: This hotel failed to provide the basic necessities that I paid for in my stay. I paid a premium for my family and I to stay in a decent suite only to find out we did not have running water for over five hours for both days that we were there. As a guest , I paid to have the basic necessities: a bed, a toilet and a shower. It is aberrant that the water suddenly shut off while I was in the shower. we had no prior notice of this; otherwise, I would have planned accordingly for my family. The hotel failed to provide the services I paid for. the worst part was the customer service I received from the desk manager. They were rude and condescending as if it were my fault that the water lines shut off. at the end I simply received a "sorry there's nothing we can do" response from the manager.Desired Settlement: The very least they can do is either adjust the billing since I did not receive the service I paid for. Or a complimentary stay
