Que Pasa

Review: My fiance and I dined at this restaurant on Wednesday night, December 11th, 2013. Our total bill came to $34.00 and I provided my debit card. When the charge came back for me to sign the bill the total was $61 and some change. When we questioned the amount the server informed me that my neighbors bill had also been placed on my tab accidentally (and that this had already happened to someone else that evening). I asked to speak with the manager, who did not apologize for much of anything. He said "It usually takes 3-5 days [to drop off]" and that I would need to wait. I gave the manager my name and my phone number and asked that he use the authorization number and expedite getting this removed from my account. I had to follow up with a different manager the following day who reached out to the manager Omar at the Que Pasa location in San Luis Obispo. He provided the other manager with the approval code for the secondary charge and advised her to tell me that I needed to contact my bank and get it removed myself. I am still awaiting a response/refund and I am unsatisfied with their resolution and lack of empathy. At this time, they are holding the $60 something dollars because they voided the $60 dollar transaction but then continued to charge for my $34.00.Desired Settlement: Refund for the secondary charge that was placed on my account. Ideally, I feel both charges should be credited back to me for the mistake and the inconvenience of having to follow up with their management and my bank.
