Qudobas Mexican grill

Review: WE ordered for our daughters wedding reception a nacho bar for 200 people. From this restraruant Qdobas on Divison. IN 10 min during the reception we had run out of all food except 50 bags of chips and salsa, and other condiments. They supposedly said all the chips and condiments we at no charge. I called qdobas to come out and bring more food at no charge because we had not had enough originally. [redacted] who I talked to said absolutely not without charge. So we called her district manager [redacted]. ( who now is no longer with qdobas) how ironic that should happen. He did offer food for us at no charge at another event if should have one dwn the road. Not for my daughters wedding. So now the father of the groom is having to go pay to have pizzas delivered out of his pocket so people could eat. Yhis ceremony was at 4:30 so people were hungry to eat after ceremony and no food. Now I get this letter from [redacted] and she has talked to both [redacted] and [redacted] and they tell her that [redacted] did offer to bring food out for the event going and I refused it. At no time did either one of them say yhet would bring food out that day of wedding at no extra charge. we ar looking at a total bill with a generous 15% tip of 2145.08. [redacted] says she finds no fault with qdobas but is will to give pizza money back. Absolutely not I want that money and my 270.08 tip back if they are going to refuse full payment back. But I am trying to get the total bill of 2145.08 back for there poor service and comunication with us as they have not been trying to work with us. Someone down the line has changed their stories since we have talked to them. WE don't appreciate the lying and the cover up that is taking place by this company. I have talked to soooooooooo many people that have had qdobas cater their events and same thing happens to them.I Will not ever do business with them or step foot in any of there establishments. And will make it known what crooks they are to all friends and families and to the city of Spokane if I havoDesired Settlement: A full refund of the 2145.08 And the money the father-in-law of the bride put out for the extra pizzas totaling 130.87 Not a penny less. I was even kind enough to give them a 15% tip which made the total what it is above I totally regret that. Or I want the pizza money and the tip refunded in full.
