This vehicle was purchased 12/29/15. Before the vehicle was sold it was inspected and refurbished and all components were functioning properly. Included in the reconditioning process was the instillation of a new clutch. The complaint states that the problem occurred after over a year of usage which would clearly indicate user error. The customer never reached out to us, but instead began a smear campaign with both the Revdex.com and negative online reviews. Despite having no legal obligation to do so, we at Quattro Motors made at least 3 attempts to reach the customer in the hopes of resolving the matter. Our intent was to fix the problems without charging the customer for the labor, but the customer never returned any of our calls.
