Unfortunately, *** has been continuously unhappy with her hair, seeing our TOP stylists since 2013- We have given her NO CHARGE redo services over her time with usAdditionally, it is important to note that, as the owner of Quattra Via, I had discussed with her directly prior to this
appointment, that we may not be the right fit as a salon and product line for her and she should seek service elsewhere.AL little over a year later, she called and booked another appointmentAt this point, she had months of dark regrowth and expected to be brought right back to her bright blonde, which is, unfortunately, close to impossible on our professional end to achieve this, while maintaining integrity of the hair, without a tonerWhen *** called about not liking her hair color, I took about min to speak with her on the phone, going over her history and what had happened this last time, trying my BEST to explain to her why a toner was needed on her hair as there is no way it would lift to where she wanted past an inch of regrowth (otherwise known as the heat-zone)I stated to her, once again, that we are not the salon for her and asked her at this point what else I could do for her.She DID NOT ask for a refund, but she stated she just wanted me to know that she will be going else where, and I agreed that was a good ideaHad she asked for a refund, we would have given it to her as we stand behind our work and happiness of our guestsOnce again, I am hopeful she finds a salon that fits her needs.Please note we are a highly rated salon and spa, with a very happy guest baseWe always go above and beyond to make our guests happy!
