Review: I purchased a vehicle here 15 days ago and was told the inspection was pending but I would be able to take it home the same day. I went back home and waited but they never called and so this was the beginning of a nightmare. I have not received the vehicle and I get the run around every time I go to see what's going on. According to the "manager" there is a wire they are fixing. When I asked for a refund today he laughed and said the boss is here tomorrow give him a call. My daughter told him that she has been calling but nobody picks up the phone, she's left messages, and we never get a call back the guy said well here's his card and ignored us. We then went to the local police station where we were told multiple people have been going there to complain about this business for many years and they are aware of fraudulent activities this business does but they are not breaking a criminal law. The police officer handed us the phone number to the attorney general and advised us to file a complain at his office for bad business practices.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the amount I paid for the car and if possible a refund on the car insurance I've paid all this time being that the car isn't even on the road.
