Quarter Horse

I *** used the vacuum at the busy bubble on 2-5-2020 the machine says $1.50 for 4 minutes of time. I received the 4 minutes of time,but it charged me $10.00 instead of the $1.50. I have tried calling them to get the refund for the over charge. Nobody has answered the phone although I have call many times. They have no voicemail either.
