Quarry Paving & Excavating

Review: Quarry Paving installed a new Driveway in June of 2012. This past June (2013) I noticed grass has begun growing through the new pavement. I called Quarry Paving and they immediately returned my call. However, as soon as they realized I was not calling about a new job they abruptly ended the call and told me they woulkd come out to look at the damaged area. They never came to inspect the damage and numerous calls to them over the past several months have gone unreturned. I filed a complaint with the Connecticut Consumer Protection Agency in early November and they never responded(they had until 11/9/13 to respond and work out a remediation plan.Desired Settlement: I would like Quarry Paving to stand behind their work. I would like them to inspect the damage and offer suggestions on how to correct the damage and allow us the opportunity to determine what best to solve for the problem. Working with them I would hope to get this corrected.
