Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the agreement between my brother, Alvin M [redacted] and Quantum Realty was still in effect even after I moved into the unit The only reason the contract was terminated was due to the rental property agent not able to perform her duties satisfactory It was terminated after months I moved in After receiving a phone call from the agent, I repeatedly told her why I submitted this complaint and that I was disappointed with her service In any case, (no mutual hugs over the phone) I am not seeking any form of compensation from the business and would like to end this complaint Sincerely, [redacted] ***
