Review: Company has not provided services and is non responsive to complete work under contract and products have not worked fully after extensive delays and excuses. Additional issues were found by myself. Cannot contact cited owner does not return call, specifically company did not follow city requirements. They have not verified system is even working which it isn't have not provided documentation over two months behind. And are unresponsive to calls and emails. Cans appointmnets last minute.Desired Settlement: I would like company to do as advertised. At this point I have had to take time off do repairs myself try to fix discrepancies. If I had a choice I would start over and use someone else. I have no. Faith or confidence due to non working system non responsiveness
