Quan Vy Restaurant

Review: My family dined at Quan Vy Restaurant on 10/21 around 12:30 p.m. Glasses of water were brought to all those in our party of five. We were never told that each glass of water would cost us 30 cents. When we paid our bill, we noticed a charge for $1.50. When we inquired about it, we were told it was for the water and that it's a new law in Orange County. We are not aware of such a law and could not find any reference of it on the Internet. $1.50 is not much of a charge, but it was the fact that we were charged it without even ordering the water and the charge was never disclosed ahead of time. We do not believe that this is a good business practice. Is there a law in Orange County that allows businesses to charge customers for a glass of water? Thank you so much for your time.Desired Settlement: Clarification of business practices and disclosure of them ahead of time so customers can make informed decision on whether to order something. Any refund is negligible at this point, but it would be an admission of an inappropriate practice. Thank you again for your time.
