Hi Brian,Thank you for the quick and professional response. First of all, It's quite amazing how fast I get a response when I go though this channel. My emails have gone unanswered for weeks (literally) and is the root of my issues with American Laser Crafts (still growing). Thanks for your holiday statistics and the profit margin of your bottle openers, however that is largely irrelevant. I take it that you are surprised that customers who spend money and do not receive their goods (or a simple response) are letting it be known (mind boggling). Some would call this theft, and I would have to agree with them. If your staff is, in fact, working 24 hours a day than how do you explain weeks of unanswered emails? Also, my order said it was being processed on 12/17 with still no tracking activity, it should be here by now with your staff is working 24 hours a day.

I am rejecting this response because:the item was mailed after Christmas. Since I filed the complaint I kept sending messages. I received a reply stating they would be overnighted. Of course, they did not send them until 4 days afterwards which was the day after Christmas. I had nothing to give to 10 people. It was very embarrassing. The reply is an empty sorry. The company has done nothing to rectify or acknowledge their major delay. It is the worst customer service ever. Not one attempt to make good on their major error. I should ask for a full refund. I asked for a refund on shipping. The response is more than poor and again disappointing! 
They have fraudulent advertising! I still do not have the products!One more point, the reply says they did not anticipate the popularity of their product. That is a lie. They had the same problem last year! Furthermore, they had an advertisement for holiday help stating 24/7 hours. I would say from that posting they did anticipate a lot of orders. I am rejecting this response because:I placed my order on 12.4. Christmas is now Coke and gone and I still don't have my order.  Neither of the UPS tracking numbers have any movement.  To my knowledge, nothing has shipped but my money was taken on 12.4. I have sent multiple emails and tried to call in order to speak to someone.  No one responded until I got the Revdex.com involved.  Since my orders have not shipped, they will need to be shipped separately to different people.  I also want to be reimbursed for the shipping I paid for initially.  I ordered with plenty of time to have my items for Christmas since they were Christmas presents.  A sale is a contract.  You did not uphold your end of the contract.
