Quality Windows & Doors

Three years ago we installed new windows into our home. We had a leak immediately after installation and they came out and sealed and tested the window. Due to the drought and a lack of rain, our window stayed dry until this past winter with a lot of rainfall and I went back in to let them know the window was leaking again. I left my contact information and was told I would be contacted within the week. Two weeks later, I called again to remind them that they did not contact me, and it has been another two weeks without a call. I want my window repaired or replaced but am not able to have anyone return my call.
