Double crossing owner who changed the terms of the contract after installing the product He became rude and arrogant bully to my wife who dared question the change He promised the equipment would use no more than gallons per cycle and it should only cycle a couple of times a week under usage Well my water bill went up $because of the increase of more than 1,gallons per week due to to gallons being used per cycle four times a week This thing cycled almost every day????? When according to my village water usage from the computerized meter we used maybe gallons a day until water softener was installed when we then passed *** gallons a week The owner was too busy defrauding my landlord to actually service his equipment The worst business story in my long lifeThis is a place to avoid at all costs!

We would like to thank the people at Quality Water Conditioning. When we moved into our new home they installed our water softener and reverse osmosis system. The installation men were very polite and the installation was quick and done in the timely manner that we requested. We have had no problems with our softener and our drinking water is superb.
