When [redacted] brought his vehicle in for service we had run some tests and determined the issue of the problem. The job time expectation ran longer than we expected due to more labor intense aspects of the project in addition to waiting on 3rd party schedules for certain components and rebuilding. We...

communicated this to [redacted] and continued to give him updates. With a final blow to the project, our lead guy who was working on his vehicle, quit without no notice. We had to bring extra help in to finish the job since our previous employee knew where he left off and what else needed to be done. This unforeseen event caused a major delay and we did our best to accommodate [redacted]. We allowed him not to pay the full amount of the work and continue with no interest installments. We agreed to a refund for errors made. We arranged for a time when [redacted] could bring back vehicle to fix additional issue and a heavily discounted rate. However, he declined. Currently, we have been in great talks with [redacted] and we have developed a good relationship and we are working towards a finalized resolution. Mistakes will happen from time to time but we pride ourselves at taking responsibility for those errors and making sure our customer is fully satisfied.
