I called [redacted] to find out what kind of work he did and pricing, He was professional, polite, and upfront on the phone about availability, licensing, and pricing. We talked until I felt comfortable to let him come over and give an estimate (BTW, this was free). An appointment was scheduled. [redacted] arrived on time and ready to work. He showed me what he was doing, let me know when he needed another part and why, and did some extras while he was there. The bill was reasonable and the work professionally done. I am very happy with the results and will call on him again.
