My daughter had a car accident on Tuesday evening Insurance company provided them with a final destination for her vehicle I was told by the driver the vehicle was going to the yard for the night because collision center is closed and would be delivered the following day Called the following day, car still sitting in yard, no authorization to release car? You have got to be kidding me YOUR driver assured me car would be delivered I call my insurance company, let them know car needs to be towed but guess what, QT can't release without authorization I call back QT, give authorization......it's Thursday, get another call from insurance "QT can't release car without YOUR authorization" but I called yesterday about 2pm and gave that authorization over the phone So what has happened here, get into a car accident, be stressed and QT wants to hold your vehicle hostage Never received a phone call or anything from QT Customer service is horrible, this whole process was more difficult than it had to be
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My car is a Cadillac CTS wheel drive, my vehicle was lifted from the rear and towed without a wheel dolly and according to service department at Hoehn Cadillac dealership there is only a POSSIBILITY the towed could result in damage to the transfer bix/transmission but can not yet determined without a diagnostic check performed which I feel the tow company should pay for Also, due to the tow a clip from my front bumper fell off which mow shows a slight separation of the bumper from the frame of car I tried calling tow company at least ***es and left messages, claim manager [redacted] eventually returned my call, asked me nature of my call only to state "I will speak with driver and call you back tomorrow".......that was weeks ago and I've heard nothing from him to this pointWorst customer service experience in my yrs of dealing with companies! Dispatchers were rude and very nonchalant about the whole situatio, as if I were a pest to them saying to me "no need to keep calling, [redacted] will call you" Regards, [redacted] ***
This vehicle was towed properly to the best of our knowledgeThe driver preformed his job as any standard tow,we received a complaint from the customer stating he was not happy with the serviceA manger made contact with him immediately and during the conversation the customer stated there was absolutely nothing wrong with his vehicle and no warning lights nor any malfunctions had occurred, but yet he insisted for us to pay his diagnostic fees at the dealer for something that had nothing to do with the tow service he received at which point we deniedIf he can provide us with evidence proving that there was damages to his vehicle from being towed improperly, we are more then willing to provide full reimbursement
As stated before, if we can be provided with a written statement of evidence from the dealership showing we caused any sort of damages, we will be more then happy to compensate Mr*** for the diagnostic on the vehicle
Revdex.com:It is a Ford Mustang convertible red in color VIN# ***I was able to get it out today for $that I did not have.Regards,

Hello,I first want to apologize for the inconvenience. Due to high call volume our company receives, I would like to request additional information about the vehicle. Can you please provide us with any information about the vehicle as far as the year, make, model, or license plate. The information...
requested will better help us gather information on the complaint at hand. Thank you.
The matter was handled by [redacted]. The reason for the confusion was because when [redacted] called the dealership to get a replacement, they stated it was on back order. [redacted] does agree that he should have been in more contact with the customer during the entire process, and for that he apologizes....
On 01/12/2017, a check was written out to Ronald in the amount of $252.00 and the case had been closed.
