Quality Tool Repair

This company has had my mower for over months now They rarely answer their phone and I have called almost every week since they had the mower They told me that the mower was out of oil and that the engine needed replacing When I finally got them back on the phone to check status (after going into the shop and the staff did not know where my mower was located) they said that they had a "cash flow problem: and that since they had to order the part before they got paid, it had not been ordered They assured me that they would fix the mower by weeks end That didnt happen so I asked for the return of my mower Have not seen my mower since then which was over weeks ago Looks to be very unprofessional company Will be filing suit
