Yes we did work on the customers automobile after she brought a print out from [redacted] telling us her problem and we agreed to do that work on her car and had asked if she wanted one or all coils done and quoted her the price on both options and she finance option with our Acima credit line After the work was done, the mechanic doing the work recognized that it didn't completely solve her problem so he performed a compression test and found that cylinder #had low compressionShe was informed of the issue found after the requested work had been completed, but still told the mechanic that it ran better than beforeShe then took it to a "different mechanic" who suggested that we didn't perform all the work or change out the old parts with new parts and was very unpleasant to talk toHe was supposed to return the parts we installed to be inspected by our mechanic and sent back to our parts store for warranty but has since failed to do soTherefore we cannot resolve this issueThe owner has since sent another person in to talk on her behalf
