Quality Suites Milwaukee Airport

Hi I stayed in a hotel Quality Suites in Milwaukee on 27 th st on June 1st at 10 pm my daughter woke up to a bed bug crawling we stayed in room 468 I believe it was. We went downstairs and the front desk put us in a different room on next floor after talking with the manager we were comped a free nights stay so we decided to give it another shot. We checked in June 12 room 268. My son started coughing in the middle of the night so we woke up to check on him and lone behold another bed bug was crawling. After tearing our bedding off bed there were several more on both beds most of which were on bottom of bed spring in the crevices. I called front desk to come up and look they said they had no one available. I wrote the manager a note and left bugs in a cup for him too see. We took photos and video for proof. I believe this facility has an infestation and needs to be closed until all rooms and bedding can be destroyed or disinfected and re inspected. We checked out at 3 am and are now headed home for a 3 hour drive. Please contact me to let me know what will be done about this matter.
