Quality Suites - Downtown

I came to this Hotel on 6/10/for my Birthday (which is 6/11/16)The parking lot looked half done, and there were strange looking people walking all aroundOnce we got into the room I noticed what looked like a [redacted] stain on the sheetMy husband was disgusted and called the front deskThe evening manager Carissa (at the time) sent up the house keeping manager (young man with braids) he was very nice took the stained blanket offOnce he left I was continuing to unpack my toiletryI then used the toilet only to find it wasn't working properly, when I reached for the door the doorknob completely came apart from the inside so I was stuckCarissa was aware of both issues and offered to comp us the night as my husband said he wanted to leaveShe said the charge would fall off once it is done pendingThe charge never fell off and they charged us for another night (that we did't stay)She has yet to contact me back or refund my moneyAwful experience! Awful Hospitality!

My experience was awful. The Clarion Hotel and Conference Center which is at the same address and operated by the same staff and ownership as the Quality Suites had homeless people walking all around the outside and inside of the hotel. The hotel overcharged my bank card more then 2K for a 2-3 night stay and did nothing to assist me with resolving the issue and their corporate office even refused to assist and even follow up with me even after I provided the hotel management and corporate office with proof of the incorrect charges. The hotel nor Choice Hotels corporate customer service would call me back or follow up with me. I had to have my bank cancel the multiple incorrect charges and refund the over draft fees.
