Quality Shoe Repair and Upholstery

Review: I dropped off my shoes (1 pair and a single shoe) for repair on October 5, 2013. I needed a simple repair to the sole of a shoe and stitching done on another shoe. I was told that I needed to pay $70 up front, cash. I did so and was told to come back to pick up my shoes a week from the following Monday. I went a week from Monday to pick up my shoes and was told that they were not ready---that I should come back on Wednesday, October 16. When I went on Wednesday, I was told that they were not ready, [redacted] said that he was waiting on some material to fix the shoes. I complained that he needs to call me and let me know if there is a problem instead of telling me that I need to come and pick them up. This pattern continued over the last few weeks and I still do not have my shoes or my $70. Every time, there is a different excuse. This is ridiculous. It is now November 12 and I still do not have my shoes.Desired Settlement: I want my shoes! if they are not fixed, I want my shoes and my $ back.
