Mrs. [redacted] first hired us to provide a pull and drop service on 10/27/15 at a cost of $850 for a mobile home she purchased. ...
The cost I quoted her was for dry weather conditions and Mrs. [redacted] signed the "IMPORTANT" notification regarding additional fees if the customer refuses to hire a dozer and our commercial toter/truck become stuck on location.
On 11/2/15 Mrs. [redacted] stated she wanted to hold off on moving the home due to wet ground conditions.
On 11/9 I quote Mrs. [redacted] a price of $2,450 plus materials to tear down and set the home. $1,075 to tear the home down and an additional $1,375 to set/level the home.
We ended moving the home the next week while ground conditions were still extremely wet due to the large amount of rain we received. I explained to Mrs. [redacted] there would be an additional $200 trip charge for us to return to "set/level" the home since we could not set it at that time due to the ground conditions being so wet.
Mrs. [redacted] did not hire us to set/level the home at the quoted price of $1,375 plus materials or the additional $200 trip fee, therefor we did not return.
We were paid $850 to do a pull and drop, which we provided.
We were paid $$1,075 to tear the home down, which we provided.
On 11/9/15 Mrs. [redacted] again questioned why there would be an additional $200 trip fee.
On 11/10/15 I replied and stated I would be more than happy to discuss this with her and I looked forward to her call and hearing from her. I never heard back from Mrs. [redacted].
On 11/23/15 I received a complaint notice from Revdex.com and again attempted to call Mrs. [redacted]. When Mrs. [redacted] answered her phone I greeted her and then she terminated the call. I called back and my call was then answered by her voice mail, in which I left a message.
On 11/24/15 I mailed a letter to Mrs. [redacted] via USPS Return Receipt Requested regarding her concern and the letter was picked up and signed for by Mrs. [redacted]'s relative Velma Reason on 11/28/15. I advised Mrs. [redacted] she had until 12/7/15 to contact me regarding her concern or there would be no further attempt to resolve her concern. As of 1/8/15 I have closed her file and case.
Please see the attached file with supporting documentation and correspondence that I have had with Mrs. [redacted]. Please feel free to contact me if further information is needed. Will you please forward a response regarding the decision in this matter in order that I may place it in my file?
Sincerely,
[redacted]
