Review: We hired Quality Sealants in July of 2012 to seal our back patio. Within 3 months, the seal had completely degraded. Although it came with a 1 year warranty, they consistently delayed doing any repairs until after very stern communications, they finally redid our patio in mid January of 2013. By May it was gone again. Throughout June we repeatedly reached out to them, and they failed to return any communications or discuss the issue with us. It wasn't until July of 2013, after we sent a certified letter detailing our experiences and requesting a refund due to the poor product and lack of service, that they finally called us back. However, they were unwilling to make a refund.

I have read the complaint and I will refund the money that Mr. [redacted] paid us. Unfortunately, I

am not able to pay in full at this time. I am requesting that the refund be paid with ½ now and the

balance in 30 days. I am very sorry the job did not turn out. I really wish I could visit the patio and

see if I can rectify the sealer issues.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution of 1/2 refund now and 1/2 refund in 30 days would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
