Quality Safety & Fire Extinguisher Service

Review: A service technician for this company, (whom we have done business with for seven years), stated that it time for our annual extinguisher service. I informed him that we are closing our business at the end of the month and did not require further service. The technician became argumentative and insistent saying that I would be in immediate violation and that he would report me to the Fire Marshal. I told him to report us. As he left he called me a [redacted],(with a customer present no less!). First point; Our extinguishers are tagged as inspected on April 30th 2015 which gives us until the end of the month to operate. Second point; If the technician had not had such poor customer service skills, and had not been verbally abusive, it is possible that we would have continued to use this company's service for our other business.Desired Settlement: I do not dismiss our prior good business relationship. I am willing to discuss this incident with management and attempt to resolve the situation.
