We apologize to Ms. [redacted] for the issues she is having with her windows. Unfortunately we did not receive any phone messages from herin regards to these problems nor did we receive any message asking for the screens to be replaced. We just recently moved office locations and have beenhaving issues...
with our [redacted] phone system as of the middle of July. However, saying we did not receive the phone message request does not solve this problem nor help Ms. [redacted] with her screens. I have just contactedour [redacted] who should be in contact with Ms. [redacted] shortly in regards to her window screens. [redacted] is very reputable window company thatmanufactures a high quality, long lasting product and stands behind their warranty. They also have fantastic customer service. TheSynergy windows Ms. [redacted] purchased came with an additional 2 year accidental screen and glass breakage warranty. [redacted] warranty certificate also has aclaims department phone number that can be called if there are any issues and [redacted] will schedule a repair technician to come out and repair what is needed. We cangladly supply Ms. [redacted] with a new warranty certificate for her records if requested. Our normal procedure for window installs is to have our installer show our clients how to properly use the windows once they areinstalled – screens included. However, it seems that our window installer did not give the proper tutorial on this particular install. We are working withour installer to make sure that future installs will include proper screen handling.
