The fact remains that the owner hung up the phone on me while we were discussing this matterI called him back and left a message stating that we somehow got disconnected, and could he please call me backI have yet to receive a phone call back, let alone an apologyVery unprofessional.

8/23/16 -- Spoke with Rich, the owner. He provided the following response to the complaint:Policy is that when you purchase mower, that yours mower. They have a 30 day warranty. They will repair but they don't like to exchange. They will occasionally trade but there is a fee involved. If the...

customer wants to come back in person, and the mower is in good condition, and if he is willing to pay the 10% of the value of the mower (restocking fee), they will allow a trade.
