to be added to his system in order for it to communicate to our central stationHe said he would get back with me at a later date to schedule the installAfter a few months had passed, he called in to cancel his alarm services and was informed of his eligible cancellation dateWhen asked why he wanted to cancel his service, he stated that he no longer had a phone line and did not want to invest in a cellular dialer*** *** was not eligible to cancel his service until October 17th of He was advised that a written letter of cancellation must be submitted for our records, to date we have not received a letterWe have invoiced for the last quarter’s monitoring and are awaiting paymentIf we do not receive payment in a timely manner, we will file a claim in the local small claims court.Ron A***
