Yes we gave this customer a yr warranty by accident And we are willing to work with him, we tried telling him That the warranty was only for Rodent Proof as it says On agreement but he wants other work done for free, We will do warranty on Rodent Proof that's all!!

On an additional note, I would like to point some important things out as you consider keeping a high rating for this businessThey warrant rodent proofing, but if rodents enter the area and destroy it, they take no responsibilityAll they have to do is add some concrete to a new hole and walk awayThis was my experienceAnother complaint of mine was the fact that the insulation they installed is falling, they did not properly install itI have taken it upon myself to PAY to fix this with another company since Quality Pro Guard refusedI hope they treat me and my home with respect after this Revdex.com incident as they honor their "warranty" for the coming years.

Mr. [redacted] or another name he used before to degrade our company, is not telling you guys the truth. We have gone beyond to satisfied his issues. We even gone to his house more then a few times, my crew is been to his property about 6 times and he is not telling you this in his complaint. Like...
we explained, he lives in a slope mountain area where the home moves and he is always going to have rodent issues as in raccoons and skunks burrowing in to his foundation. The Rats are using that to enter the foundation. We have tried working with him again and again, but it seems like he is not satisfied. When we first signed the agreement we told him you are going to have more problems because where you live and he was ok with just doing the minimum. I tried to explain to him to do more then what he was asking but he didn't want pay more. Now he is trying to get more then what he paid us for. Last time we were there was last week to check the traps and their wasn't any activity. But he is not telling you that either. Like I said we've gone more than beyond to satisfy this customer.

We had the company come out and clean out our crawl space on a home we were selling and the rep wrote on my receipt "two year warranty", yet now refuses to come back because they say "the warranty was only good for the owner at time of visit." We tried to contact them by a phone, website, and email reply. We are trying to help the new owner although they did not know about the warrant,y we feel Quality Pro Guard should stand by their written commitment.
Hopefully the company will at least call and try to resolve this issue
