Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the response is not satisfactory to me.  What is the the the Revdex.com going to do to help rectify these issue as a consumer this is unacceptable and I feel...

the Revdex.com should be helping me with this.  I am a tax payer and this is a government agency that supposed to protect consumers from bad business practices.  I hope the Revdex.com takes further action to rectify dishonest business practices.   I will also be seeking legal action against this business along with reaching out to see what the Revdex.com actually does to help consumers.
