Worst business everTook days off work and they didn't show either day first day they called the night of and cancelled due to weather the second day they called said they were on there way but never called or showed upThey called two days later saying they were in the area and ready to installCouldn't afford to take anymore days off so I asked for a refund on my deposit; they refused to refund my moneyDon't give these people your hard earned money- they probably did me a favor by slacking off I will get me a carport but not from these yahoos they are awful poor customer service and the installer ohhhhh wait there wasn't an installer

When I placed my order for my car port, I was told 3-weeks for it to be installed At the week point I did not hear anything so I called, I was told next week, so I rescheduled all my appointments so I could be home when it was installed, another no show and no word, so I called again, and given the story I am looking at your order now, you are Monday or Tuesday of next week, they said they have installer issues Monday and Tuesday come and went by with no car port They are not reliable or trustworthy Their word don't mean anything I dealt with their office in Mountain Home, Ar
