I placed a order for a car port from them, and was told 3-4 weeks for installation. That was a lie, 6 weeks later I am still waiting. I have called every week for the past 2 weeks and have been told next week. The last time I called, I spoke to Laura, and she told me Monday or Tuesday of next week, well, Monday and Tuesday have gone by and no word, and no car port. Their word does mean anything. You have to put your life on hold for them, because you have to be home for installation. DON'T BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.
