Mr. [redacted] - This is [redacted] the Operations Manager here at McCullough.  You originally spoke with when you called in Monday evening.  First I want to apologize for your experience and that you felt like my office personnel was calling you a liar, that was not his intent at all....

 Secondly - I want to assure you I absolutely 100% DID call you back on Wed 8/31/2016 @ 3:27 PM and left you a voicemail - my phone records show I was on the phone for 59 seconds, why you didn't get that message I am not sure. I guess I should have called again on Thursday, but I figured you would call me back.  I left in my voice message that I wanted to talk to you to get the entire story from you, and that both myself and the service manager [redacted] had been off on Tuesday when you called in.  [redacted] is calling you right now to discuss this issue with you live, and we have refunded your credit card in full the 350.14 from Tuesday's call.  I am sorry things transpired the way they did.  I wish you would have let the technician come back out and see why the system was still leaking.  We at McCullough take great pride in our workmanship and our customer service - I am very sorry that your experience with us did not reflect this.  Had you gotten my voicemail and called me back I know we could have come to a much better resolution.  I hope your new AC is working well.
