At the last minute the company canceled Stated I didn't read the terms and conditions of the contract I was sent a message that stated "We're a small company and working through [redacted] we only get paid $- It's not worth our time" This after the company agreed to the move
Quality Movers in Murfreesboro was a no show on moving dayI repeat...THIS MOVING COMPANY DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE JOB!! They left us stranded and stuck on moving day with no options
As a professional truck driver, I used my assigned truck and borrowed a company trailer to move my household goods from [redacted] B.C. to Kamloops B.C. I received a quote from Quality Moving that included 5 men at $140 an hour and was told it would take 3.5 to 4 hours. The 5 men showed up a 0900 hrs but stood around for about 1/2 hour before starting to load, and 3 of them left about 20 minutes later, thus leaving 2 men to load. A third man came by and helped finish the loading. They finally finished loading at 1800 hours, and billed me for 2 men at $100 an hour. I did not have my cheque book with me, and told the rep I would send them a payment when I unloaded. I disco red that they did not follow my loading instructions, were very unprofessional and careless with my goods. There were various items broken and/or damaged and subsequently additional costs as a result. I would definitely not recommend Qaulity Movers!

Review: When our furniture was delivered, many items were badly damaged. We were told that the mover's insurance would pay to have the damages repaired. The wood repairer gave us an estimate and sent an email to movers. Three months have gone by. Numerous phone calls to the mover have been unanswered. A certified letter was sent on September 25; it was returned as not deliverable. We want our furniture repaired, but can get no response.Desired Settlement: We want our furniture repaired at the cost to movers as we paid insurance for that service.
