Hello,
I need assistance getting ahold of the automotive dealership quality Mazda. I’ve attempted to contact the finance manager, Pavel H, three different times. Messages were left on the following dates, April 30, 2020, May 04,2020, and May 07,2020. I have yet to receive a response from Pavel.
When calling, I have been informed that Mr. H has been in the office.
I purchased a 2018 Mazda 3 from quality Mazda in September of 2018. I have just recently traded in that vehicle with a different dealership.
The reason for my reaching out to Mr. H, was to receive assistance with the cancellation of the following coverage AND service that was included in the total finance cost at the time of purchasing my vehicle. Gap insurance coverage AND prepaid oil changes.
I have asked Mr. H in such phone messages to touch base with me on the status of the cancellations, or to reach out, providing information of any requirements on my end.
I would just like my previously financed gap coverage AND prepaid oil services cancelled and proof of BOTH cancellations emailed to me, as I know that a refund is to be issued for EACH cancellation.
The vehicle was traded in on April 29,2020. First attempt to contact Pavel was on April 30, 2020.
Thank you, for your assistance in this matter.
Quality has no prior record of Mr.' contacts on the 4th and 7th. Pavel contacted Mr. yesterday, May 13th, and resolved his concerns.
Please close the complaint.

I understand that the business is claiming to not have received any type of notification on my end, if the business would like proof of each call, I can provide a screen print of my call history as well as the duration of each call. I was forwarded to Mr. H’s desk line each time. When Mr. H contacted me, he stated that I had his cell phone number and I quote that everyone has his cell phone number. I did not have Mr. H’s cell phone number which is why I contacted the dealership directly. I will add that he was not rude in any way when calling, thankfully.
I appreciate your assistance, I’ve experienced multiple frustrations with this dealership which was the reason for the trade in. Thank you for everything you do to assist, and protect consumers.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I bought a 2016 Nissan Frontier that has engine problems. The dealership has not worked with me to fix the problem.
Goodmorning,
The customer had stated that he was not getting over 10 mpg with his frontier, we did a mpg check on his frontier and we came up with two seperate test showing that the frontier was getting 27 mpg, customer
still was not happy with the results so we agreed to trade him out of the frontier amd he is now very happy. thank you

I reject the response. In that the Quality Mazda states the mpg for the 2016 Nissan Frontier SV recieved 27 mpg. The manufacturer states that the Nissan Frontier SV, 2016, when functioning properly, gets a combined city/highway mpg of 19, not 27. I took the truck in to a Nissan dealership, and they also stated that the Nissan Frontier does not get a combo of city/highway of 27 mpg--that is more like 19 mpg. Also, I learned that my particular Nissan did not have a 21 gallon tank. Instead it had a 16 gallon tank. Quality Mazda, when they sold it to me, said it had a 21 gallon tank. This explains why we came up with different mpg given the mathematics of determing mpg. That is why I am stating 10 to 11 mpg, in the city, and not 27 mpg. In the end, I did agree to switch out vehicles, however, I was not happy as the dealership claims. I tried to make the best out of a horrible situation and I am still considering legal action towards the dealership.

I am not sure if the salesman Ben V told him it was a 21 gal tank or a 16 gal tank, we still have the Nissan and he is more than welcome to take it to any independent mechanic shop he would like to see what the Nissan actually was getting for fuel mileage, I have to trust what my mechanics are telling me. We did trade the customer out of the unit and tried to make the customer happy, it is Qualities desire to make each customer happy with our dealership and if there is anything more we can do to help the customer we would be happy to, we carry several Nissan pickups on our lot and havent had this complaint in the past about the Nissan brand but would be happy to contact Nissan to see if there has been any other complaints about the Frontiers fuel mileage. Ben V the sales rep involved with this sale really likes this customer and stated to me that all he wanted to do is make a happy customer. I am not sure what I can do for him at this point because we already traded him out of the unit he is talking about. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions. Thank you

In the last 3 years, I have bought 3 vehicles from Quality Mazda. I have never had a problem till now. Rather than keep arguing a point endlessly, I would rather move forward. In the end, the only person who got a raw deal is me. I hope Quality is happy that they were able to take advantage of me and in the end con me out of my trade in vehicle. This will be my last purchase at this dealership. Thank you.
