Quality Marine Life

I ordered a refugium for my 400 galloon tank on qualitymarinelife.com, which cost me $790. Turns out they didn't even have the refugium and had hoped to receive it from someone/somewhere else. Of course, they couldn't actually do that and tried to offer me a different refugium. I had obvious doubts and concerns, so I asked for my money back instead. They said no problem, just email the order number to [redacted]@gmail.com. I have now done this 4 times and spoken with them on the phone several times as well. It has now been almost 4 MONTHS and I still have not gotten my money back. I am beyond furious and have never encountered such horrible customer service in my entire life. I have left voicemails and they won't call me back. They run their business terribly and I am extremely unhappy with my experience. They basically stole almost $800 from me and now won't get back to me or assist me. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM I AM WARNING YOU!!!!!!
